We are a small but dedicated team who works very hard to make sure your orders ship out in a timely manner. Please expect 2-4 business days handling time added to your time in transit. *In a rush? Email or text us and we'll do our best to accommodate you in any way possible.

Canadian Shipping
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel from Vancouver, BC.
3-9 business days (+ handling time)

U.S. Shipping
We ship using the U.S. Postal Service from beautiful Bellingham, WA.
3-6 business days (+ handling time)

We have reserved time and space especially for you. If you cannot make your appointment please let us know. Cancelations less than 24hrs before appointment time will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will be charged 50% of the service. If you arrive at your appointment sick or with a cold sore you will be rescheduled. If you run late to your appointment your time will be cut short or the appointment will be rescheduled and the 50% charge will apply. By booking, you authorize Beauty Nook to charge your credit card should you late cancel or no show.

Please do not show up sick! If you are truly sick and you weren’t able to cancel with 24 hours notice, please let us know. You will be charged a $25 fee for canceling with less than 24 hours notice. However, we will apply the $25 to your next appt. We really appreciate you keeping yourself, as well as all of us at Beauty Nook healthy!

RETURN & ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

RETURN POLICY

The team at Beauty Nook hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange of goods, or a refund, if the item is returned to us within 14 days, in its original packaging and hasn’t been used.

Once we have received the returned goods, a refund will be processed minus the original delivery/shipping charge. The cost incurred for returning the parcel will not be reimbursed and is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, faulty or supplied incorrectly. If any of the these apply, then the postage plus return cost will both be reimbursed along with the product cost.

Beauty Nook cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach the returns department and therefore suggest a signed for or recorded delivery is selected.

• Shipping on returns is at consumer cost. We do not pay for return shipping.

• Please contact us at hello@beautynook.ca to receive your return authorization.

• Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return, once it is received.• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you receive merchandise that is damaged or if an error occurs on your order, you must report the damage or error to us within 24 hours. Keep all shipping and packaging materials because we may need to call the shipping company for a visual inspection. We can then issue you a credit for any confirmed damage or send you a replacement.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICY

Sometimes things change and we totally get that. One day our team does sushi for lunch and the next, it’s pizza all the way! If you placed an order and need to cancel it, we will do our best to make that happen. However, we can not cancel or refund orders once they’ve left our location and are in transit.
